Returns
Enoléh is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that the original seal remains intact and all tags are still attached. Items that are returned without the seal or with missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure that the correct products have been selected.
Enoléh bundles are delivered with a unique cable tie. If the customer removes this tie, the product can no longer be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, frontals and closures cannot be returned or exchanged.
