Is the thickness of the hair depending on the length?
All Enoléh bundles are a 100 grams per bundle. Because of this, the longer the hair the less weft you get. We always recommend our customers to get an extra bundle for longer hairstyles.
How long does the hair last?
If the hair is maintained well, our bundles should last up to 3 years in some instances with exceptional maintenance our hair last up to 5 years.
How long do your HD closures and frontals last?
Our HD closures and frontals last depending on how frequently they are being used and what methods are being used to apply.
- If they are applied with glue daily, they typically last between 3 to 6 months.
- If used only for special occasions, they can last up to a year.
- When applied using the spray method, they can last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year.
Return & Exchange Policy
Can I return my item?
Enoléh is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that the original seal remains intact and all tags are still attached. Items that are returned without the seal or with missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that the correct items have been selected.
Enoléh bundles are delivered with a unique cable tie. If the customer removes this tie, the product can no longer be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, frontals and closures cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
How quickly will my order arrive after I place it?
Standard EU shipping takes 2-4 business days
Express shipping to the EU takes 1-2 business days.
Standard UK shipping takes 1–5 business days.
Express shipping to the UK takes 1-2 business days.
Standard International shipments takes between 3–5 business days.
Express shipping to the USA takes 2-4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping within the UK, Europe, and the United States.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method.
Duties & Taxes
Because Enoléh’s fulfilment center is currently based in Europe, shipments sent outside the European Union may incur customs duties or import charges. At this time, we compensate our customers in the United Kingdom by offering complimentary Express Shipping (1–2 business days) on all orders over £200.
